2. No professional relationship with 360 Legacy
360 Legacy does not represent you, advise you, or act on your behalf. Any relationship for professional services is solely between you and the independent professional or agent you engage. We do not supervise, control, or guarantee the services, advice, qualifications, licensing, or conduct of any professional or agent, and we are not responsible for them.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are submitting it on your own behalf.
4. Consent to contact
By submitting your information and agreeing to be contacted, you authorize 360 Legacy and the professionals or agents we connect you with to contact you by phone, text message, and email, including by automated means and prerecorded or artificial voice, at the contact details you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. How we are compensated
The Services are offered to you at no charge. We are compensated by the professionals and agents we connect you with. This may influence which professionals you are matched with. We do not charge you a fee for using the Services.
6. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes and your own personal use.
- Do not misuse, copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Services.
- Make your own independent decisions about any professional, product, or service offered to you.
7. Intellectual property
The Services, including all content, design, logos, and software, are owned by 360 Legacy or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. All other rights are reserved.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR FREE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION IS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE, AND WE MAKE NO WARRANTY REGARDING ANY PROFESSIONAL OR AGENT OR THE RESULTS OF WORKING WITH THEM.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 360 LEGACY AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR YOUR DEALINGS WITH ANY PROFESSIONAL OR AGENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 360 Legacy and its owners, officers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your dealings with any professional or agent.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.

We may modify these Terms or the Services at any time. Changes are effective when posted. We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at our discretion. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
